Kathleen Dumais is a member of the Maryland House of Delegates from Montgomery County. Judge Hollander is an associate judge of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals for the District of Maryland. Judge Hollander will be introduced by the Honorable Diana Motz, who received the award in 1997. Details will be posted as they become available.
